What is Evil?

It’s called the city of brotherly love, but the events going on in the city of Philadelphia are proving that in this town, there’s everything but love in the city. The city’s crime lord “Alex Smalls,” controls the police and politics along with the drugs an cash flow that comes through the streets. There are street gangs that roam the night terrorizing the weak with no care for the law or whoever stands against them… A little wile back, rumors surface about someone out in the streets playing vigilante, it instantly changed everything in Philadelphia. At first no one paid any mind to the rumors, but when safe houses belonging to “Alex Small” started to take hits, it became certain that what was going around in the streets was not a rumor. Everyone in the city knows not to cross “Alex and his crime empire, but someone was. And in doing so it took every bit of attention the city had to offer off a even greater evil that has laid dormant in the city of Philadelphia. Now with everyone in the city attention on this savior, a demon is emerging out of darkness with a thirst for killing and destruction... A killer. With a lust for chaos and death, this new menace lives in the streets where he raped women, robbed and killed dealers with knives made out of the bones from victims he’s even eatin. He’s been able to stay off police radar due to the fact that sometimes the abducted bodies are never found. Most of the times when someone goes missing and never found, the city’s police just finds a way to cover it up. Philadelphia has never had a force of evil the likes of this ever in its history of violence, and more bodies will fall before the story of its most vile and dangerous serial killer comes to an end. And with the city in as bad of shape that it’s already in, the panic and terror that will fill the hearts of each citizen in the city once they catch ear to these acts against them will bring Philadelphia to its keens. People will lose what little hope they have in there police and more chaos will rain down over the city, only the strong will survive. There will be a few who will be willing to stand up against such carnage, but will bravery be enough to fight someone who call’s themselves, “An agent of death”? This new menace has a new vision on mayhem and power that will have the town colored with blood in every corner, this protector the city think its been given will be overwhelmed with all the destruction that will be going on and total chaos will have taken the city under. Imagine a city without rules, without bounds. A person with no fear of the law or consequence from it, this is “Benji.” A cannibal and wanderer, “Benji is just the first of his kind coming out of the city’s underbelly, but won’t be the last. Philadelphia may think it’s been given a guardian, or protector that will keep the city safe, but with him comes a new breed of criminals. People more crazed an villainous that will pray on the city and its beloved people. This is a new beginning on both sides, two opposing forces manifesting under the same roof, and only time will tell witch will be the last sanding.
